Orders: Please allow 72 hours before scheduled collection. We make our food and cakes by hand with care and attention, so this time period allows us to complete your order to the highest standard.
Collection: When you are collecting your order from your chosen location, please give the name of the BOOKER only. Your order will be available for collection when the selected Café opens for business, until close of business (see Locations Page for hours of business)
Returns:We do not accept returns, unless the item is incorrect or not of satisfactory quality. We hope that you will be pleased with your product, however if you are unhappy, please contact email@example.com with a photo of the product, and if possible, return it to any of our cafes for quality investigation.
Contract: Your order will be confirmed to you by email, and this is a binding contract. Please check your confirmation and advise us of any mistake by email or telephone immediately please. Please ensure that the email address given is correct. We reserve the right to decline any order, without giving a reason.
Substitution: We do our best to ensure that all items listed are available. However, on the rare occasion when we can't supply it, we will replace it with the closest match available with equal or higher value.
Payments: Full payment for goods must be made online before order is confirmed to you.
Prices: All prices on our website include VAT. We make every effort to ensure that prices and product descriptions are correct, and we reserve the right to change our prices from time to time.
