Our communal wooden benches are quite deliberately placed – it’s great to see friends and strangers come together to chat, unwind and linger for a while. We make our breads, soups, salads and cakes by hand, under the watchful eye of Head Chef Danny Miller and his talented team of bakers and chefs. We understand the pleasure that fine food can bring, and we love to see customers happy after a delicious meal or snack.

Our Bakers and Pastry Chefs work through the night to make our delicious range of breads.
Baked by hand each day (Monday to Saturday) the range includes White Cob, Bavarian Malt, Spelt & Honey, Pesto, Brown Soda, Focaccia, Chia Seed, Sourdough and Onion Bread....so good!
Created by our Confectioners, these are guaranteed to tempt you and look divine on your table!
Treats include Rocky Road Bars, Brownies, Fresh Fruit Tartlets, Banoffi Pies, Lemon Meringue Tarts, and a range of indulgent frosted or fresh cream cupcakes. Cupcakes can be personalised with your company logo or special event icon. We also make coeliac friendly cupcakes, brownies and biscotti.
We work with Clive and Steve McCabe in the village of Newtown-Mountkennedy, Co Wicklow who hand roast coffee to our exacting specifications.
McCabe's purchase top grade beans from the best growing areas around the world. In their Roastery in Wicklow, they sample roast all coffees on a micro roaster to check flavour and quality is appropriate.
McCabe’s are the only company we know of that hand sieves the coffee to ensure you get the best quality possible. The skills acquired by Clive and Steve over the many years of hand roasting are used to judge the correct time for our House Blend, so you can be guaranteed one of the freshest bean-to-cup coffees in Ireland.
All created by hand daily, using the freshest ingredients. Our salads are imaginative, healthy and offer the vegetarian customer a refreshing change to the norm!
