We never compromise on quality and insist on the freshest and finest ingredients from our suppliers. Our shelves are lined with some products we think you like: if there is something that you would like us to stock, do be sure and let us know.

Our Breads:

Our Bakers and Pastry Chefs work through the night to make all of our fresh artisan breads, pastries and desserts.

Baked by hand each day (Monday to Saturday) the range includes White Cob, Bavarian Malt, Spelt & Honey, pesto, chilli, soda, Garlic & Herb Foccacia, and many more.

 

Our Pastries:

Created by our Patissiers, these will surely tempt you and look divine for afternoon tea!

Treats include Rocky Road Bars, Fresh Fruit Tartlets, Banoffi Pies, Lemon Meringue Tarts, White Chocolate & Raspberry Tarts, and Chocolate & Orange Tarts, and a huge range of indulgent cupcakes.  (You can even borrow our cake stands to impress at your office or home parties – just ask staff in-store)

 

Beverages:

We work with Clive and Steve McCabe in the village of Newtown-Mountkennedy, Co Wicklow who hand roast coffee to our exacting specifications.

McCabe’s only purchase top grade beans from the best growing areas around the world. In McCabe’s Roastery in Wicklow, they sample roast all coffees on a micro roaster to check flavour and quality is appropriate.

McCabe’s are the only company we know of that hand sieves the coffee to ensure you get the best quality possible. The skills acquired by Clive and Steve over the many years of hand roasting are used to judge the correct time for our House Blend, so you can be guaranteed one of the freshest bean-to-cup coffees in Ireland.
