Ean Malone– Managing Director
Ean captains the ship and does the planning ahead as “the strategies man”. He’s a great cook, an occasional golfer and a huge Munster fan! He keeps a watchful eye on the team and guides us daily through the business jungle.
Fiona Barry – Director of Finance
Firm and fair, Fiona manages the monies and keeps us all in good financial health. A loyal Munster fan who never misses a game, she enjoys a joke and is rarely without a smile on her face!
Danny Miller, Head Chef
Danny oversees all of the food production, and is always on the lookout for new ideas to please you. Danny is passionate about quality and a real Kitchen Supremo with great international experience under his designer belt!
Katarzyna Rempinska – Quality & Hygiene Control Officer
Kasia keeps us all in check ensuring we meet our legislative requirements and food hygiene controls. She runs a tight ship – a bright lady with a great eye for detail and a wicked sense of humour!
Sarah Malone – Retail Manager
Sarah oversees the Zest! retail units and is always on the lookout for new innovative products to bring to the shelves. Looks after communications with customers and loves travelling to see the latest and greatest ideas in retail.
Ed Barry – Limerick Retail Manager
Ed oversees the Pery Square and Ballysimon branches in Limerick, an avid rugby fan and a talented rugby coach.
Jennifer Ryan, HR Manager
Jennifer, with her vast HR expertise, keeps us all in check, and looks after our expanding team. She is responsible for recruitment and retention of our staff, and when not working, loves travelling to the far flung corners of the world for her amazing holidays!
Barry Deane, Purchasing Manager
Based at our HQ in Shannon, Barry works with our local and national suppliers to source the highest quality ingredients and materials, and enjoys seeing new and innovative products. He’s an avid sportsman, loves hanging out with family and friends and enjoys a long snooze on a Sunday afternoons!
Fiona Fitzpatrick, Production Manager
Based at our HQ in Shannon, Fiona assures the highest quality standards of our food and oversees the vast production areas for both the cafes and the airlines. Always ready with a smile, Fiona is a cool head when the temperatures rise in the kitchens!
Martina Ryan, Accounts Payable
Martina ensures that our accounts and payroll run smoothly, and sorts out any glitches with her logical brain. She keeps an eye on all things financial, and when not working, enjoys exercising and socialising with family and friends.
Sharon Aylward, Catering Coordinator
Sharon keeps the catering and cake sales running smoothly, with her amazing attention to detail and calm demeanour. Her skills and expertise are invaluable, honed over many years in hospitality and hotels.
Edmund O’Dwyer, General Manager
Edmund oversees the daily operations of our business, and keeps us all on our toes. With years of hospitality experience, he knows how to expect the unexpected and appear unflappable! A keen sports enthusiast, he enjoys a busy family life and discovering new places to wine and dine.
